The object of the work is the study and recording of data representation / encoding systems in the field of Electronic Health (clinical terminologies) (eg ICD-9, ICD-10, SNOMED CT), with the aim of implementing an application based on which a data transformation mechanism is provided in different encodings so that they can be used interoperably by other applications. According to the relevant study, a complete library with multiple data transformation methods will be implemented, where the user will dynamically select the set of data he wants to transform, and will set the coding system in which he wants the transformation to take place. In addition, the specific application will provide the visualization of the statistics of the relevant results, regarding the percentages of the data that were transformed, the total of the errors, etc.
