Study, collection, and comparison of data collection mechanisms from Internet of Things devices

The object of the work will be the study, recording, and comparison of various commercial and research techniques that exist and are applied for data collection in the field of IoT and eHealth. The ultimate goal will be the implementation of an application, which will provide a mechanism that will be responsible for the automatic collection of data generated by different types of smart medical devices (eg smart sphygmomanometers, oximeters, activity monitors, etc.). This mechanism should visualize the information of the relevant results, regarding the information of the connected devices (eg device name, device model, etc.), the data collected, etc.
